Biography

Dave has held the position of general manager of the Port Hope Conversion Facility since 2013 and is accountable for all operations at the facility.

Dave has had a long career at Cameco, starting as a co-op student while attending university over twenty years ago. During his time at Cameco he has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility including engineering and management roles at both the UO₂ and UF₆ plant, as well as at Cameco Fuel Manufacturing. Prior to his current role Dave was the director, regulatory compliance and licensing for the Fuel Services Division.

As a resident of Port Hope, Dave is active with this family in various activities within the community.
