Biography

Chris was named general manager of Cameco's Blind River refinery in 2007 and is responsible for all operations.

A life-long resident of Blind River, Chris's involvement with the facility began during the construction of the refinery when he worked for Lummus, the prime contractor. He then started working for Eldorado in 1983. He has held numerous positions at the facility, working his way up from the process department to his appointment as superintendent, refinery operations in 1998 and manager of the refinery in 2002.

Chris is active in the community as a member of the Blind River Curling Club, the Huron Pines Golf Course, men's hockey and a number of other local organizations.
